Dr. Rob Carman

Dr. Rob and Ginger Carman founded Victory World Missions. Their ministry together began when they started one of the most influential churches in the state of New Mexico. They later began traveling worldwide, teaching pastors and leaders and helping to establish churches. Through generous gifts from their family, friends, and churches, The Dr. Rob Carman Nurses Quarters was built in the nation of Papua New Guinea. Dr. Carman passed away in 2021. We share this course with the full consent and support of Ginger Carman, who seeks to honor Dr. Rob’s legacy by blessing more people around the world.
